Submissions are counted across all your shelves. Archive old submissions to free space for new ones.

Yes. Registered 501(c)(3) organizations can request special pricing after subscribing.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at your next billing cycle.

What counts as a team member?

Anyone with access beyond basic submitter level. Submitters don't count toward your limit.

Where is data stored?

US-based data centers. Encrypted at rest and in transit.

What happens if I exceed my limits?

You'll be notified before reaching limits. Upgrade anytime, or archive old submissions.
